North Node in Leo invites You to Live Each Day from Your Heart

Our sky has been busy! Multiple planets are in retrograde with Neptune in station giving us a healthy dose of confusion and idealism as we seize opportunities to recapitulate our life circumstances, as well as a lunar eclipse with Saturn, a Grand Trine, a Grand Square, whew!
Instead of trying to tackle the whole sky, today we will examine one point: North Node in Leo.
With our collective North Node in Leo in the sphere of Venus at 5 degrees, our focus right now is to live each day entirely from our hearts, feel a fixed internal Light, and stop hiding our lights under a bushel -- pushing it up so the world can see. Since this is the North Node, we observe a reverse motion as the standard movement for this "planet," and so to achieve our ends, we are going to have to approach the circumstances in our lives from a more subjective perspective, as well as a more unconventional one. Do not be surprised if your answer to the call to step into the limelight in your way may fly in the face of what is usually socially acceptable. Only your heart knows what it wants!

However, sometimes we don't know where we are going until we see what ground we've covered so far. Our past lives, Ancestors, and former tribes can inform us of the training we once had and the legacy that we are to carry into the future. Again, since the nodes move backward, we have to look at memories of past events the Universe sent us to call forth our individualized selves in our present lives. Since this placement means that the South Node is in Aquarius, it will also be a time to examine past experiences or past behaviors that forced us to do things like:
- squelch our needs for the collective's bigger vision
- people pleasing
- be dispassionate to ourselves and others
- behave in an erratic fashion
- observe and not get involved
- over-rationalize behaviors (any kind)
With Mars conjunct the South Node, we are given the opportunity to move out of objectivity and into subjectivity. Do not be surprised if the minutiae of your life seem as if it is beginning to decay and fall away. We are encouraged to review the "rational" conclusions we may have reached only to realize that we missed the point and had to shift our thinking.
These conclusions will seemingly come out of nowhere as the Uranian energy will zap us with outer planetary nudges from outside of the solar system. This process does not mean we are puppets, however. As the Kings and Queens of our lives, we can release these patterns and also set aside a time to make plans for the next year ahead. We have passed the mid-year and will be winding down soon. It is undoubtedly a time for high mindedness and nobility as we allow the lusts we feel for growth, movement, and change to burn and transform our points of view. Don't be afraid to consult your closest counsel: trusted friends and family, therapists or other members of your support system to help gain and maintain clarity on what is most Loving, most important in your life.
