Karma Yoga is taking yoga off the mat and literally into the World. SEVA is the service we get to offer the World. The Bhagavad Gita says that Karma Yoga is the expression of Selfless service. Selfless service is an important key in our spiritual evolution and a necessary part of our Spiritual devotion. My heart is filled with the opportunities that I can gift the World either alone or with my community.
BISHWA SEVA FOUNDATION.
When you are gifted the opportunity to help selflessly in the World, you embrace the gift full-heartedly. My heart gladdens with the opportunity to provide digital marketing support to a non-profit foundation that selflessly supports children in Nepal. Education is a powerful tool and food is required for survival, the Bishwa Seva Foundation provide education and food programs in Nepal.
SUPPORTING THE AFRICAN ELEPHANTS.
I am ecstatic to be able to sponsor the baby elephants rescued and take care of by The David Sheldrick Wildlife Foundation in Kenya, Africa.
THE CHILDREN OF AFRICA.
Since I hail from the African continent, my heart will always be in Africa. I love, love the African Children - they are the most joyous, soulful creatures on this Earth. I take absolute pride in being able to sponsor a couple of children in African through the Children International.
THE WOMEN OF AFRICA.
It runs in my family, my beautiful Mother volunteers at her local Police Station with trauma counseling. My last visit to South Africa I was fortune to offer the women that work in the South African Police force an introduction to Stress Management and Yoga. I continue to offer support through videos to these amazing women that sacrifice so much of their life for their passion for a better Africa.
OFF THE MAT AND INTO THE WORLD.
I have had the absolute privilege of raising funds for Off the Mat Into the World, with my good friend Audrey. We raised both awareness around Human Trafficking as, well as help support a community in India that provides shelter and programs to help children and women that have been sold into slavery. This is a world-wide epidemic that requires to be blasted across the continents so, that WE the people of this World can stop and prevent such intolerable affairs.
