Awaken the Power and Wisdom of the Divine Feminine
/Are you drinking your water? Maybe some dandelion tea?
Water retention is a bit common during the days of a Full Moon. As we work with the Full Moon's energy moving from Cancer into two degrees Leo, we make those New Year resolutions to allow the completeness of our nurturing to take full effect this year. Two is the number of coupling, unity, and togetherness, and in this exact degree, we experience the Great Mother showing her face as Juno, the ancient Roman goddess.
Here, we have the Divine Feminine principle in her full fecundity (Cancer), unashamed of her power and wisdom (Leo), and willing to execute according to plan (Capricorn). In Western astrology, Juno shows potential and proclivities regarding wanting to be coupled or the behaviors you exhibit or expect once combined with someone else's energy. In this case, it refers to the power within that can help you make an executive decision about who and what centers you. Do not rest on your laurels -- to put your desires into full effect, you must communicate clearly to those involved. Take liberties in being constructive and even uplifting, but be sure to make your stances are known in no uncertain terms, lest the hard work toward your goals goes awry.
Try planning and action toward structural home renovations. Other good options are: becoming or spending time with men that are in touch with their anima, going home to see your mother or grandmother, and asking about family history or ritual because, in Capricorn, the results will stick! With Sun, Pluto, Venus, and Saturn making a stellium, the emphasis is the renewal of an identity and implementing new traditions that speak to what we love. We should steer clear of doing the same old, same old, over placating our ego, allowing institutions to become our wardens, and falling into a scarcity mindset. Depression and a feeling of lack are the two most dangerous emotions that one can have at this time.
Our present decan of Capricorn carries feminine Taurus/Venusian energy, so the Universe is practically screaming at us to go forth, and work to be beautiful! Be kind, gentle, steadfast, systematic, nurturing, flexible, and in tune with your emotions, but also fearless. Natives with Jupiter in Capricorn (or experiencing its transit), will experience an increase of some of the more stern attributes, faith and luck, and possibly a different worldview or mindset, which may be triggered by Uranus in Aries. Be prepared for an unceremonious feeling to your day-to-day events, because while Capricorn likes things to be superlative, it does not like pomp and circumstance.
Next week will begin to look at Aquarian energy in preparation for the first decanate!
