Where are you? And, where do you still want to Go? This year has passed so swiftly that if you blinked too slowly, you may have missed quite a bit. Cancer "Super" New Moon is precisely placed here for you to truly see what is laying beneath the surface so, that you can fully tap into your heart's "purest" desires.

Cancer's watery essence helps you to truly step into your intuitive Self as you begin to reflect, and from the home of your intuition. You will grandly see “what is truly right for you”, it is not a time to rush forward but, to rather slow your pace to reflect. So, that you can wisely choose the next steps ahead.
The Solstice, has also added an additional sparkle to this reflective “luminous” time. With the “Sol” (Sun) “Sistere” (to stand still), the Sun stops in it’s path gifting you this miraculous moment to truly see Life with an illuminated lens taking in the grandeur of all Time. Now you can see what you have achieved over the past 6-months, and in reflecting upon that thought, new questions may arises such as, “what do I truly wish to bring forward for my cause over the next 6-months”?
With both this masculine, Solar and feminine, Lunar energies coupling up. You can stand empowered in this moment feeling harmonized and in-balance to truly rise to your own occasion, to feed your Soul with your hopes and dreams for the remainder of this year.
New moons always offer a time for ritual to clearly define our hopes and dreams so, that we can seed them forward under the dark Moon. With this dual celestial alignment you can fortify the seeds of your dreams even more so, by tapping into the power of your emotions that the Cancer Moon brings up to the surface and the jubiliatory energies of the Solstice to truly impact and fuel the seeds you are planting.
In our reflection ritual, let us clearly define what we are willing to let go of to lighten our load, as we prepare to rise to the occasion of our Greatness. I love ritual, as I believe it truly helps instill the commitment to goals.
Prepare a sacred space in which to reflect, then with pen and paper clearly define your goals. Clearly inscribe each intention with as much detail as possible, then place the list under your favorite crystal, flower, or even a glass of water. Prayer or meditate with your list in front of you, send each intention out into the Universe - knowing that each intention or goal will be clearly heard. Sit in that space to truly charge the energy, so that you too can be in Unison with these great celestial energies. Each day, take a moment to re-charge your list with a prayer, reflection or meditation.
Remember, a positive mindset helps nurture the prospects of bringing one's intentions to life.
Thich Nhat Hanh wrote "Your mind is like a piece of land planted with many different kinds of seeds: seeds of joy, peace, mindfulness, understanding, and love; seeds of craving, anger, fear, hate, and forgetfulness. These wholesome and unwholesome seeds are always there, sleeping in the soil of your mind. The quality of your life depends on the seeds you water. If you plant tomato seeds in your gardens, tomatoes will grow. Just so, if you water a seed of peace in your mind, peace will grow. When the seeds of happiness in you are watered, you will become happy. When the seed of anger in you is watered, you will become angry.
